The foggy conditions prevented the bubbles from drying out and they lasted a very long time. I lost sight of them in the fog as they drifted very slowly over the trees in the distance. People were coming to find me to tell me how they had to find where these bubbles were coming from. They had been floating through the campground then the playground and out past the park entrance gate. I measured the distance using Google Earth and found that they were drifting at least 1/3 mile.
